Founder, Excellence Blueprint LLC
Dr. James Thomas is the founder of Excellence Blueprint LLC and a distinguished leader in Organizational culture, leadership development, and public service.
Dr. James Thomas is a former Texas Ranger Commander, Fellow with the Office of the Governor of Texas, and a senior executive within the Texas Department of Public Safety. With more than 23 years of proven leadership in law enforcement, education, and government, he has guided elite teams, driven statewide initiatives, and built systems that deliver measurable results. He is also the first modern-day Texas Ranger in history to earn a doctorate degree, underscoring his commitment to both academic excellence and practical leadership. Now, as an Assistant Professor and founder of Excellence Blueprint. Dr. Thomas helps organizations cultivate trust and elevate performance. and create cultures where excellence thrives.
He holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and a master's degree in Behavioral Science. Uniting academic expertise with real-world leadership in high-stakes environments.
